Work with your Realtor to submit an attractive offer to the seller. Yay! The seller accepted your offer, now it's time to schedule appointments in order to remove your offer conditions (ie. financing, inspection, etc)
Closing & Welcome To Your New Home!
Once conditions have been removed based on your satisfaction, deposits are made and the house is officially Sold!
